80th – 71st

80th – USA – 2017

You don’t see many hooped shirts at international level. Moving away from the more traditional white home shirts, Nike produced this belter for the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup that the United States went on to win.

79th – Germany – 2018

A retro inspired kit for Germany from Adidas for the 2018 World Cup.

78th – France Women – 2022

An absolute stunner produced by Nike for the France team at the 2022 FIFA Women’s World Cup. There is no doubt that this would be higher in the rankings had the men’s team worn it.

77th – Uruguay – 1992

Best known for their Napoli and Roma shirts, Ennerre delved into International football in the early 90s with Uruguay aswell as the likes of Paraguay, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Gabon and Togo.

This eye catching design goes against the grain with Uruguay often lacking in an notable features.

76th – USA – 2013

Nike produced this classic design featuring the old FA logo to celebrate the FA’s centenary.

75th – San Marino – 2021

The first San Marino shirt to feature colours other than blue and white, this was a on-off to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the San Marino FA. The slightly odd mix of appricot and maroon come from the centuries old San Marino flag.

It’s only appearance came in a 10-0 home defeat to England.

74th – Germany – 1996

The shirt worn by Germany as they won Euro 96.

73rd – Romania – 1994

Yes it’s a template, but Adidas template in the 90s were great, and when mixed with the bold colours of the romanian flag you end up with something spectacular.

72nd – France – 2019

It’s very blue, and some people really like that.

71st – Cameroon – 1994

This one is a bit of an oddity. Yes it’s a a fantastically bright and bold shirt which is immediately associated with USA 94, except that Cameroon didn’t wear this at USA 94. Despite it being fairly easily available, it is now beginning to fetch eye-watering amounts on the secondhand market. In more recent times it was thought that the Cameroon national team never actually ended up wearing this at all, until some footage appeared of the team playing a local side in a pre-World Cup friendly.
