This design and printing match the style used in the 2016 friendly with India on 13/08/16. After this a different style of printing was used as weel as a lighter fabric. Whilst this shirt was obtained from a player, I am unsure about the match details. The national team have agreed a deal with Nivia to supply the new shirts, with this one being used by the youth sides in 2019. The 2020 has been released, but Bhutan have yet to play a match in 2020.
This design was first used against Sri Lanka in the World Cup Qualifier on 17/03/15, and again against China in the group stage on 16/06/15. The World Cup patches made an appearance against the Maldives and Hong Kong, and with the long sleeved version against Qatar.
The final outing for this design was at the 2015 SAFF Championships, with SAFF patches added. This shirt was worn vs Afghanistan on 26/12/15.
